EiriniCares LLC was founded with a deep passion for providing high-quality home health care services to individuals. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, our founder Eirini recognized the need for care that is not only professional, but personal, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
EiriniCares was founded by Eirini Kalaitzidakis and Bob Nadeau, brought together by a promise made during Bob’s wife’s journey with Lewy Body Dementia. What began as compassionate caregiving more than 17 years ago grew into family — and ultimately into a home health care company built on respect, trust, dignity, and heartfelt service. We care deeply for our clients, their families, and the caregivers who walk beside them. If you are a caregiver and share our beliefs, we would be honored to meet you.
Through years of hands-on experience, Eirini identified the need for a more meaningful, connection-based approach to care. This vision led to the creation of RE-Connect, a proprietary neurobehavioral care program developed by Eirini and offered exclusively by EiriniCares.
The name Eirini means peace, and that meaning is at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to bring calm, reassurance, and peace of mind to the homes and lives of those we serve — even during life’s most challenging moments.
